I recently stayed at the Marriott in Chicago for a quick business trip. The location was perfect for my needs and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and recently redecorated. The main lobby is spacious and beautiful with a lovely restaurant and bar. The breakfast buffet, prepared by Chef Lucas, was outstanding and the wait staff were wonderful. The front desk accommodated my request for a late check-out, even though I didn't end up needing it. a fantastic experience.

Check-in was quick and hassle-free. The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay. We had a great selection of restaurants nearby, including Morton's The Steakhouse that was within a 10-minute walk. The bed in our room was incredibly comfortable, and we loved every minute of our sleep.

Put a hold of 1000$ on my account for the whole week. It was a two night stay. No one on the staff was helpful in this matter. Offered to have the manager call me and they never did.
